Estonian organisation Loomus has launched an online petition – which is open for signatures for a few weeks only – asking the Government of the Republic of Estonia to do everything in its power to support a ban on force-feeding throughout the European Union, or at least to endorse the deletion of the requirement of minimum weights for duck and goose livers used in foie gras production.
